High Performing Teams

Sustained uncommon performance requires teamwork and team members must be committed to both, their own excellence and the overall success of the team, a combination that requires a clear purpose and clear outcomes as well as a culture rooted on trust and accountability.

Deliberate Practice

Mastery is attainable only through deliberate practice. Deliberate practice is a disciplined approach that starts with highly specific hypotheses, repetition-based feedback loops, and objective assessments.
